IGNite Project es una cooperación estratégica basada en el concepto de Integrated Experiences ( exchange + CEED opportunities), enfocada en desarrollar a los LCs de IGN como son las expansiones.
Este Proyecto es una iniciativa Regional, para generar un impacto diferente y mejorar juntos como Región.

Because we want to develop new entities in IGN and share Organizational Capacity.

Each country participating on it will receive international CEEDers in local level that will work in a GCDP and work for the hosting MC in order to develop the hosting entity.

You, as an intern would do your GCDP and work as coach, trainer and developer of a small entity.

To speed up the development process of IGN local entities by providing them talent capacity to improve operations;

To develop IGN expansion entities by consolidating their internal processes and giving the opportunity of managing both side exchanges;

To generate a collaborative network on IGN;

To create the biggest cooperation strategy on AIESEC globally.
Temas y Preparación

The selected EPs will recive a STRONG Capacitation on Organizational Culture, Mindset, Planning, Expansion Model and Coaching.

The CEEDer will be working online with the LCP and VP elected of your LC, this is for the CEEDer understand the reality even before arriving.
